About Creative Co-Lab

At Creative Co-Lab, we believe the best teams thrive when creativity, confidence, and collaboration come together. Through interactive, performance-based workshops, we create spaces where participants can laugh, connect, and discover new ways of working together. Our approach blends play and practice, leaving groups more engaged, confident, and ready to thrive.

I’m Liz Adjei, the founder and lead facilitator of Creative Co-Lab. My journey has always been about guiding people to find confidence and expression through movement, play, and storytelling.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation running camps, teaching gymnastics and dance. Helping children and youth build confidence, resilience, and teamwork through creative activity. At the same time, I built a career in the acting industry, where I’ve spent the last ten years honing the craft of performance, presence, and storytelling.

Together, these experiences shaped my facilitation style: structured yet playful, disciplined yet creative. In every workshop, I draw on movement and storytelling to help participants unlock their voice, build presence, and connect authentically with others.
